Part of the A C Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel AC Ciutat de Palma is situated around 50 metres from the Paseo Marítimo, in the historic City of Palma on the central south coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 1km west of the shopping and historical centre of the city and around 10km from the Son San Joan International Airport. Many of the Palma tourist attractions are only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the small, sandy Cala Mayor beach is approximately 3km to the south west.

Built in 2003, the modern Hotel AC Ciutat de Palma has a total of 85 guest rooms, including 80 twin rooms and a further 5 singles, which are built over 5 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television, complimentary mini bar and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.
