Ponent Apartments - Paguera

The 3 key Ponent Apartments have an enviable beach front location in a quiet area of the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 350 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern Ponent complex has a total of 54 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 6 floors overlooking a central pool area and the Playa de Toro beach.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and electric cooking rings, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels every other day and bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a choice of two restaurants offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
