The 3 star Aparthotel Novo Mar is situated around 100 metres from the Playa Tora beach, in the popular resort of
Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the
Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find
a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Built in 1987 and completely renovated during the winter of 2002, the Aparthotel Novo Mar has a total of 77 one and two bedroom self catering apartments that are built over 7 floors, and set amidst 400m2 of sun terraces around a central pool area. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Paguera. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
