Hotel Gran Tacande - Costa Adeje

The 5 star Hotel Gran Tacande has an enviable position overlooking the sea front promenade and Playa del Duque beach, in the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2002, the modern low rise Hotel Gran Tacande has a total of 255 guest rooms, including 206 Double Superior rooms, 6 Junior Suites, 36 Senior Suites, 1 Royal Suite and 1 further Imperial Suite, all of which are built over 5 floors and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby island of La Gomera.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with jet massage shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, ADSL Internet access, a satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, 2 guest rooms at the Hotel Gran Tacande have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.
