The 3 key rated Golf Resort Apartments are situated on the northern perimeter of Las Americas Golf Course, in a quiet area of the otherwise lively resort of Playa de las Americas, on the south west coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and around 1km from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 2000, the modern low rise Golf Resort complex has a total of 51 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors overlooking a small central pool area.

Many of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
