The 2 key rated Borinquen Apartments are situated around 250 metres from the sea front promenade and Las Cuevitas beach, in the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1980, the modern Borinquen complex has a total of 150 self catering studio flats that are built over 7 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

Many of the apartments are privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and two cooking rings, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
