Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2014, the modern low rise Es Brucs Apartments has a total of 18 two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between three 2 storey buildings and set amidst Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and a 4 burner hob, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Es Brucs Apartments are welcome to use the reception facilities at the nearby Sa Cala Apartments which includes a currency exchange service, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a snack bar offering a choice of both traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens that are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
