Part of the Palia Group of hotels, the 3 key Sa Coma Playa Apartments are situated on the sea front in the quiet resort of Sa Coma on the central east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 65km north east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Sa Coma Playa complex has a total of 248 guest rooms, offering a choice of either one or two bedroom self catering apartments and both twin and family rooms, all of which are built over 6 floors and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and a fridge, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 16 rooms at the Sa Coma Playa Apartments have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Sa Coma Playa Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
