Porto Nova Apartments - Palma Nova

Part of the Roc Group of hotels, the 3 key Porto Nova Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Son Caliu district of the otherwise lively resort of Palma Nova on the south west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 20km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 1km from the Palma Nova resort centre where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.

Built in 1974 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Porto Nova complex has a total of 77 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroomed self catering apartments, all of which are built over 5 floors overlooking a central pool area towards the magnificent Bay of Palma.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchen and combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most over which have exterior views over yacht club and the Bay of Palma.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, which is open during the cooler winter months, as well as a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
