Built in 1988 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Playas Ca's Saboners complex has a total of 127 guest rooms, including 122 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 5 studio flats, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst almost 500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and utensils for 4 people, as well as a combined lounge/dining area with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, a games room, on site supermarket, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

The Playas Ca's Saboners Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
