The 2 key Naika Apartments are situated around 400 metres from the beach
in the Son Caliu district of the lively resort of Palma Nova on the south
west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 25km west of the capital
Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 500 metres
from the Palma Nova resort centre where you will find a wide selection of
restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.
Built over 2 floors, the Naika Apartments has a total of 11 one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, all of which have a private bathroom with shower and WC, along with a kitchenette with fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery for 4 people, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, ceiling fan, wardrobe and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the resort. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer at the nearby Hotel Gabarda and Aparthotel Martinez include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with safety deposit boxes available for rental, a luggage room for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals, a snack bar and lounge bar with satellite television. Due to their central location in Palma Nova, from mid June to mid September each year the Naika Apartments attracts large numbers of young singles and groups of friends looking for a lively holiday, and therefore at this time may not be suitable for families, or those travelling with small children.
