Part of the Globales Group of hotels, the 3 star rated Hotel Samoa has an enviable position overlooking the Cala Domingos beach in the popular resort of Calas de Mallorca on the picturesque east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 50 metres from the Calas de Mallorca resort centre where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Built in 1970 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2002, the modern Hotel Samoa has a total of 331 guest rooms, including 298 double rooms and a further 33 singles, which are built over 8 floors and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children’s splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, along with a mini-golf course, a floodlit hard surface tennis court, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Samoa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring aerobics, archery and various water sports, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
