The 4 star rated Aparthotel Tropicana is situated around 400 metres from the beach, in a quiet area of the popular resort of Cala Millor on the central east coast of Majorca.

Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2014, the modern low rise Aparthotel Tropicana has a total of 144 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 4 apartments at the Aparthotel Tropicana have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guest staying at the Aparthotel Tropicana also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Beauty Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated pool, with cardiovascular gymnasium, sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.

The Aparthotel Tropicana also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
