Part of the Ferrer Group of hotels, the 4 star Aparthotel Maristany is situated around 100 metres from the beach, in the popular resort of Puerto de Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the harbour and resort centre with its selection of shops, bars restaurant and nightlife.

Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008, the modern low rise Aparthotel Maristany has a total of 55 guest rooms, including 43 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 12 studio flats, which are built over 5 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, as well as an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, a games room, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a sauna and Jacuzzi and both pool and table tennis tables.
