Part of the Insotel group of hotels, the 4 star Aparthotel Insotel Club Cala Mandia is situated around 50 metres from the Cala Mandía beach in a quiet residential area of the central east coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 65km east of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 4km to the south of the resort of Porto Cristo where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1993 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2014, the modern low rise Aparthotel Insotel Club Cala Mandia has a total of 545 self catering apartments and studio flats which are distributed into four zones, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge along with a combined lounge/dining room with 2 convertible sofa beds direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have either pool or garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international dishes and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, a supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of four large outdoor freshwater swimming pools with separate children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a Beauty and Fitness Centre offering guests and additional indoor heated swimming pool, with Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium, as well as a selection of cosmetic and beauty treatments including massages, body treatments, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage.

For younger guests and sports enthusiasts, the Aparthotel Insotel Club Cala Mandia offers a children's playground and mini club as well as cycle hire, 8 tennis courts, including 5 artificial grass and a further 3 hard surface, a multipurpose sports activity area, an artificial grass football pitch, 2 squash courts and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Insotel Club Cala Mandia also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
