The Finca de la Florida Rural House is situated close to the small residential
town of San Bartolome in rural Lanzarote.
The accommodation is approximately 9km north of the capital Arrecife and the Lanzarote International Airport, and 12km from the lively coastal resort of Puerto del Carmen, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1950 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the low rise Finca de la Florida Rural House has a total of 16 guest rooms, including 15 twin rooms and a further fully equipped Suite, which are built over 2 floors, overlooking a small central pool area. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and a terrace with exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an a la carte restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, Canarian and international dishes, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, and a lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini golf course, along with a cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi, and a hard surface floodlit tennis court.
