The 2 key rated Aguazul Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the Playa Grande beach, in the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.

The apartments are approximately 12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006, the modern low rise Aguazul complex has a total of 68 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces around a large central pool area.

Many of the apartments are now privately owned and individually furnished and will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with vitro-ceramic hob, oven, fridge, electric kettle and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with luggage rooms for late departures.
